(Paulsboro, NJ) – Aquatrols – As of June 10th, 2020, Shanghai Aquatrols Asia Technology Co. LTD is officially established and recognized by Chinese officials. Aquatrols has a majority stake in this new Equity Joint Venture with their commercial partner, Shanghai Chembri Intl Co. LTD. Since 2016, Aquatrols and Chembri have worked hand in hand to develop market access within the agriculture, horticulture, and turf markets of Southeast Asia.
Shanghai Aquatrols Asia has been granted a business license by the Chinese AIC (Administration for Industry and Commerce), which will allow them to fully operate throughout the region and employ 15+ staff members at their Shanghai headquarters. Through their three product pillars of water management, fertility, and bio-pesticides, Shanghai Aquatrols Asia will bring the best of global agriculture and horticulture technology to Southeast Asian farmers and consumers.
