The Aquatrols Approach program was recently recognized by Loyalty360, the national group that charts successful customer loyalty programs.
The company was among a group of leading national business-to-business brands that are “building stronger and deeper loyalty with their customers in a proactive, meaningful, and—most importantly—measurable way.” Loyalty360 awarded finalists in ten categories, each representing a key facet of a brand’s customer loyalty focus.
According to Loyalty360, the awards recognize the brands and suppliers with the best overall weighted average finishes across multiple categories and the suppliers that had the highest weighted average client or multiple clients finished across categories.
